Account Management
We respect your right to control your data. Follow the steps below to request account deletion.
Visit povella.net/login and sign in with the email address associated with your account. You can also sign in through the POVella mobile app on iOS or Android.
Navigate to your Profile page. On the web, click your profile icon in the navigation. In the mobile app, tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of your Profile page and tap “Delete Account”. You will be asked to confirm the action. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
When you delete your POVella account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Note: Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (e.g., total number of stories generated across the platform) may be retained but cannot be linked back to your account. Stripe may retain payment records independently per their own privacy policy.
If you are unable to sign in to your account or need assistance with account deletion, please contact us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your POVella account. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.
